SPECIAL REPORT

Getting Ready for the Recovery
“The consensus seems to be that the U.S. economy will recover in 2010, but not all sectors of the economy will recover at the same pace,” says KPMG National Managing Partner Lynne Doughtie. She is basing her statement on a poll KPMG recently conducted with 400 C-level executives on the state of the U.S. economy, and its prospects for recovery. “While three-fourths of all executives we surveyed were confident that business would be better a year from now, technology executives were the most confident. Sixty-six percent of those surveyed believed that the tech sector would lead the recovery, compared to just 29 percent who believed that the financial services industry would jumpstart growth.” In this special report, you'll get more insight about the recovery from experts like Doughtie, including quick wins that will help you get the most from the upturn.
