Peering into the Cloud Few would argue that Cloud Computing was one of the dominant topics of conversation among software architects in 2009, second only, perhaps, to the effects of the economic downturn on IT budgets. But we enter the new year amid signs that the economic storm is clearing. So it seems fitting to kick off the first edition of Oracle's Arch2Arch Newsletter in 2010 with a trio of features that offer a practical look at Cloud Computing.
